Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of the Keller Williams-affiliated real estate team I Heart Atlanta. The suit brings claims against North Georgia Property Services, Deana Calvert and Jacob Calvert over the defendants' use of an allegedly similar design mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-00245, I Heart Atlanta, LLC v. North Georgia Property Services, Inc. et al.
