Greenspoon Marder filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of personal protective equipment wholesaler ICU Production. The suit seeks over $293,000 allegedly unpaid by Datta Holdings for shipments of nitrile gloves. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:22-cv-60784, ICU Production, Inc. v.
