Corporate wellness and mental health company CuraLinc sued former employee Michael Roeder for defamation on March 8 in Illinois Circuit Court for Cook County. The suit, brought by Swanson Martin & Bell, accuses the defendant of making false statements about the company on the workplace review platform Glassdoor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2024L002619, CuraLinc Inc. v. Roeder.
