Six Flags and other defendants were hit with a wage-and-hour class action on Oct. 4 in Illinois Circuit Court for Lake County. The suit, brought by Lichten & Liss-Riordan and Hayber McKerma & Dinsmore, accuses the defendants of failing to pay employees' wages for all time worked, including wait time in security screening lines. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23LA00000680, Williams v. Great America LLC.
