Daniel M. Silver and Alexandra M. Joyce of McCarter & English have entered appearances for Helmy Eltoukhy, Guardant Health Inc. and AmirAli Talasaz in a pending lawsuit. The complaint, which pertains to the misappropriation of patent claims, was filed March 17 in Delaware District Court by Ashby & Geddes and Covington & Burling on behalf of Illumina Inc., a leading developer and provider of genetic sequencing technology. The case is 1:22-cv-00334, Illumina, Inc. v. Guardant Health, Inc. et al.
