The Florida Supreme Court will postpone its public reprimand of Palm Beach Circuit Judge Marni Anne Bryson for a second time, after she filed a last-minute motion to appear remotely or to have the proceeding rescheduled. Randolph Braccialarghe, a legal ethics professor at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law who is not involved in the matter, said the state Supreme Court made the correct decision to postpone the proceeding and ensure that the disciplinary action remained in person.
