CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, and other defendants were sued for breach of contract on Friday in New Hampshire District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Daly Cavanaugh LLP on behalf of Indemnity Insurance Co. of North America, brings subrogation claims on behalf of a purchaser of Velcro fasteners which were delivered in a damaged condition. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00274, Indemnity Insurance Co. of North America v. Celtic International LLC et al.
