Counsel at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr on Tuesday removed a copyright lawsuit against the American Board of Plastic Surgery to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Curley & Rothman on behalf of Innovative Corporate Solutions, which accuses the Board of using Innovative's proprietary software beyond the termination of a computer system management agreement. The case is 2:21-cv-03979, Innovative Corporate Solutions, Inc. v. The American Board Of Plastic Surgery, Inc.
