Publix Super Markets was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court case, brought by Kent & Risley on behalf of Jabaa LLC, asserts a single patent related to an online biometric authentication process. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
