Equifax and Nationstar were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lawsuit was brought by attorney Misty Oaks Paxton on behalf of Michael Jackson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00327, Jackson v. Equifax Information Services, LLC et al.
