Kennedys filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of James River Insurance Company. The complaint pursues claims against Devonhunt Condominium Association Inc., LH Alliance Inc. and other defendants. The court action seeks a declaration as to the rights and obligations of James River in an underlying wrongful death lawsuit. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
