Lawyers at Hall Booth Smith on Monday removed a lawsuit against Ottery Transportation Inc. and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Witherite Law Group on behalf of Maximillian Jefferies. The case is 1:22-cv-00007, Jefferies v.
