Counsel at McGlinchey Stafford on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Elsada Alveranga, Rosalie Alveranga and Exeter Finance LLC to Ohio Northern District Court. The suit, over alleged violation of the Truth in Lending Act, was filed by Jefferson Capital Systems. Attorneys for the plaintiff have not yet entered an appearance in 1:20-cv-00990, Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC v. Alveranga et al.
