Counsel at GrayRobinson on Monday removed a lawsuit against Express Scripts, a pharmacy benefits management company, licensed physician Brian Holyk and Bradenton Cardiology Center to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Maney & Gordon on behalf of Glenn Johnson, contends that plaintiff suffered from a stroke due to the alleged negeligence of Holyk in failing to timely provide a prescription for Eliquis to Express Scripts. The case is 8:22-cv-00016, Johnson v. Brian Holyk, D.O. et al.
