McDonald's was hit with an ERISA class action Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Wenzel Fenton Cabassa P.A. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-24339, Johnson v. McDonald's Corporation.
