Counsel at Greenberg Traurig on Friday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Becton Dickinson and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Edelson PC and Cook & Connelly, centers on the health effects of ethylene oxide emissions from a medical sterilization plant in Covington, Georgia. The case is 1:21-cv-03759, Jordan et al v. Becton Dickinson and Company et al.
