Counsel at Proskauer Rose on Monday removed an employment lawsuit against NBA Properties to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Castronovo & McKinney on behalf of a former recruiter who alleges pregnancy-related discrimination and wrongful termination. The case is 1:23-cv-02502, Karimi v. NBA Properties, Inc.
