Morgan & Morgan filed a civil rights lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court against the Conrad Weiser Area School District and Jared Kiscadden. The complaint was filed on behalf of an anonymous defendant who claims she was groomed and sexually assaulted by her baseball coach when she was a minor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-01671, K.B. v. Conrad Weiser Area School District et al.
