UPS, Aetna and Hartford Financial Services were hit with an ERISA lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The court action was filed by QuatriniRafferty on behalf of Mitchell Keefer. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00214, Keefer v. UPS National Long-Term Disability (Ltd) Plan et al.
