Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. has retained Christopher J. Yagoobian from Adler Pollock & Sheehan to defend a pending lawsuit. The action, for uninsured motorist benefits arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed Aug. 1 in Connecticut District Court by Hirsch Andrade LLP on behalf of Marlene Fonseca-Silva and Jason Kennedy. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Vernon D. Oliver, is 3:24-cv-01279, Kennedy et al v. Nationwide General Insurance Company et al.
