Reed Smith on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against General Electric and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck on behalf of a minor who was allegedly injured because of an anesthesia machine malfunction during a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. The case is 2:21-cv-04104, Kennedy v. Crothall Healthcare Inc. et al.
