Taco Bell and Yum Brands were sued for vicarious liability Wednesday in California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Troy King, a Postmates delivery driver who claims he was retaliated against with threats by Taco Bell workers for reporting possible food contamination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-08748, King v. Taco Bell Corp. et al.
