Pomerantz LLP filed a securities class action Thursday in California Northern District Court against Pinterest, its CEO Benjamin Silbermann and its CFO Todd Morgenfeld. The suit pursues claims on behalf of its shareholders who allege that Pinterest failed to disclose that user growth had been slowing in the last few years. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-04220, Klein v. Pinterest, Inc. et al.
