Cole, Scott & Kissane partner Jeffrey M. Partlow has entered an appearance for Toshiba Tec Corp. in a patent infringement lawsuit. The suit, which asserts six patents related to multifunction printer devices, was filed Aug. 12 in Florida Middle District Court by Sheridan Ross PC and King, Blackwell, Zehnder & Wermuth on behalf of K.Mizra. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Paul G. Byron, is 6:21-cv-01293, K.Mizra LLC v. Toshiba Corporation et al.
