Vice Media was hit with a copyright lawsuit Friday in New York Southern District Court. The court action was filed by Doniger / Burroughs on behalf of a photographer alleging that his photo of entertainer Justin Timberlake was published without permission. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-09637, Kuhmstedt v. Vice Media LLC et al.
