Trinity Industries, a transportation, construction and industrial products maker, was hit with a product liability lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Kline & Specter on behalf of Barbara Lachajczyk. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-01710, Lachajczyk v. Trinity Industries, Inc. et al.
