Counsel at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Jet Aviation Holdings USA to New Jersey District Court. The suit, over alleged employment discrimination under the FMLA, was filed by O'Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble on behalf of Ligia Larrahondo. The case is 2:21-cv-15519, Larrahondo v. Jet Aviation Holdings USA, Inc.
