Kaufman Dolowich Voluck partner Robert A. Berns has entered an appearance for Royal Buckingham Condominium Association and certain residents and officers in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The action was filed Dec. 30 in New Jersey District Court by Law Offices of John T. Bazzurro on behalf of a condo owner who accuses the defendants of misappropriating funds and abusing the condo association. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge John Michael Vazquez, is 2:21-cv-20781, Lask v. Royal Buckingham Condominium Association, Inc. et al.
