The Walt Disney Co., ViacomCBS and other defendants were hit with a lawsuit Monday in New York Southern District Court in connection with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The suit was brought pro se by Charlene Y. Latham, David G. Latham and Tracey Y. Latham. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-07102, Latham et al. v. The 1953 Trust et al.
