Kroger was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, filed by the Lee Law Firm on behalf of Geoffrey Latham, pursues retaliation, age and gender discrimination claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
