Lawyers at Kennedys on Wednesday removed an insurance lawsuit against Seneca Specialty Insurance Company to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Bezpalko & Associates on behalf of Leiva Contractor. The case is 2:21-cv-03474, Leiva Contractor LLC v. Seneca Specialty Insurance Company.
