Arnall Golden Gregory and Holland & Hart filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of shades and window blinds seller Levolor over its Trim+Go mark. The complaint targets Rowley Co. over its use of the Trim N Go and Cut N Go marks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02121, Levolor, Inc. v. Rowley Company LLC.
