Attorneys at Post & Schell on Friday removed a medical malpractice lawsuit against CVS Pharmacy to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Swartz Culleton PC on behalf of Charles Lewis, who contends that the defendant negligently gave him the incorrect prescription medication. The case is 2:22-cv-01268, Lewis v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc.
