Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick filed a trademark lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Lightspeed CLEC Inc. The suit takes aim at AgentSync Inc. over the use of an allegedly confusingly similar name in a similar market, infringing on the plaintiff's trademarks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:22-cv-00208, Lightspeed CLEC Inc. v. AgentSync Inc.
