Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Loba GmbH & Co., a Germany-based flooring manufacturer. The suit pursues claims against floor-care product provider Woca Denmark A/S and its subsidiaries for the ongoing use of the '2k Invisible' or 'Invisible 2k' mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01137, Loba GmbH & Co. Kg v. Natural Coatings, LLC et al.
