Attorneys at Watson Spence LLP on Friday removed a lawsuit against Crown Equipment Corp., supermarket chain Kroger and Americold Realty Trust to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Andrew W. Holliday P.C. on behalf of a warehouse worker who alleges that she was injured by a faulty pallet jack manufactured by Crown. The case is 1:21-cv-04678, London v. Americold Logistics LLC et al.
