Liberty Mutual Insurance Group and Maritime Petroleum Associates sued Billfish Marina One on Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The negligence lawsuit was brought by Moore & Company over damage to a fuel barge. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants.
