Duane Morris filed a copyright lawsuit Monday in Delaware District Court against realtor Oldfather Capital Inc. The complaint was filed on behalf of Steven Markos, a photographer of historic sites and national parks targeting the defendant for allegedly displaying his work online without permission. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00862, Markos v. Oldfather Capital Inc.
