US Foods Inc., The Hartford and Vester LLC were hit with a negligence lawsuit on Oct. 10 in Massachusetts Superior Court for Middlesex County. The court case, filed by the Francoeur Law Office on behalf of Anupama Sehgal, contends that the plaintiff's son, who has a life-threatening wheat allergy, was negligently served a wheat-based wrap when he expressly asked for a gluten-free wrap. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2381CV02842, A.S., by and through his mother and next friend Anupama Sehgal vs. Vester, Llc et al.
