Ashley L. Toth of Marshall Dennehey has entered an appearance for Sunrise Plaza LLC in a pending lawsuit over alleged violations of the ADA. The suit, which pertains to physical access barriers at the defendant's North Main Street premises, was filed Aug. 5 in New Jersey District Court by Shadinger Law on behalf of Dennis Maurer. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael A. Shipp, is 3:24-cv-08275, Maurer v. Sunrise Plaza, L.L.C.
