Spirit Airlines was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action was brought by VSCP Law on behalf of an anonymous plaintiff. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-04771, M.B. v. Spirit Airlines, Inc. et al.
