Attorneys at Hohn & Scheuerle on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, and Leo Bridgeman to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig on behalf of Lawrence McGuire and Sandra McGuire. The case is 2:22-cv-02419, McGuire et al v. CSX Transportation, Inc. et al.
