Counsel at Fain, Major & Brennan on Wednesday removed a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit against PepsiCo and Publix Super Markets to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Cohen & Sinowski on behalf of Anthony L. McKeever. The case is 1:22-cv-00130, McKeever v. Publix Super Markets, Inc. et al.
