MetLife filed an interpleader complaint against Kenneth B. Leverett and Steven L. Leverett on Wednesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Womble Bond Dickinson, seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of a life insurance policy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the claimants.
