Lawyers at Margolis Edelstein on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Adrenaline Amusements Inc. to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Fine & Staud on behalf of Mary Kate Miller, who alleges her son was injured when the defendant's video game machine fell on him. The case is 2:21-cv-04603, Miller v. Adrenaline Amusements, Inc.
