J.B. Hunt Transport Services and Home Depot were hit with a lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The lawsuit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was brought by Edgar Snyder & Associates on behalf of Dennis Mizak and Jodi Mizak. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00064, Mizak v. The Home Depot, Inc. et al.
