Counsel at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Monday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Travelers and Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed pro se by Kahlil Mohammad and Upscale Barbershop Men's Grooming LLC, seeks coverage under a commercial liability policy for the loss of electronic business records.
