Attorneys at Brennan, Harris & Rominger on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, the South Korean device maker, and other defendants to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Oliver Maner LLP on behalf of Andrea Monroe. The case is 4:21-cv-00357, Monroe v. Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. et al.
