Lawyers at Hawkins Parnell & Young on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against American Trucking and Transportation Insurance Company and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Parian Injury Law on behalf of John and Shirley Montgomery. The case is 3:21-cv-00207, Montgomery et al v. Byrum et al.
