Lawyers at Carr Allison PC on Wednesday removed a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit against Dollar Tree to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Jensen Law on behalf of David Montgomery. The case is 1:22-cv-00548, Montgomery v. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. et al.
